About Neil Payne

Neil Payne is a dedicated and experienced real estate professional with a background in accounting and customer service. He worked for a real estate title company in Florida while earning his degree in accounting. After obtaining his degree, he worked as a property accountant for a large property management company but quickly realized that his passion was in working with people. A friend encouraged him to join the real estate industry and he has never been happier in his career. He loves helping people navigate the largest purchase of their lives and making sure they make informed decisions for themselves and their families. Neil’s goal is to be his clients’ go-to advisor for real estate and to create a long-lasting career in a field he loves. He works with various clients and is always focused on helping them make the most informed decision possible based on their goals. He does this by staying active and educated in the real estate market. Neil is dependable, honest, and adventurous. He was born and raised in a small country town in Central Florida, but now lives in Sutton, Massachusetts, and is absolutely in love with the state. His customer service and sales background has made him customer service oriented. He treats every client as if they are his only client, believing that providing exceptional service is the only way to build longevity in real estate.

You’ve been in the business for quite some time. What made you decide to switch to Lamacchia Realty?

“Joining Lamacchia was an easy decision for me. Lamacchia has streamlined all of the services needed to be an exceptional agent. I feel I will be able to help more people thanks to the level of support provided at Lamacchia. Also, I learned something new in my first meeting with Lamacchia after being a Realtor for a decade. That sealed the deal for me. Continuous growth is important to me.”

“They provide all the tools needed for me to provide my clients with an exceptional level of service. They offer many services internally that I used to have to look for myself.”

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

“My husband and I have two pitbull rescues that pretty much run our lives. We spend a lot of time with our family and friends. We do a lot of traveling all over the world and absolutely love spending time outdoors. If you can’t find us by (or on) a body of water, you will find us hiking or on some other outdoor adventure.”

What is your favorite part of your job?

“I LOVE helping people. In real estate, I get to do that no matter what type of client I have. Whether I am helping someone buy and sell their personal home, or helping an investor buy or sell an investment property … I know I am helping them make the best decisions to reach their goals.”

Do you have any pets?

“Two pit bull rescues. Bolo and Lola.”

Do you have a favorite charity?

“I work a lot with Veteran organizations. I also work with Tunnel to Towers.”

What’s your favorite sport to play or watch?

“I love to watch Football, Soccer, UK Basketball, and volleyball!”
